We build over 150 homes each year throughout the growing Ocala area, and we stand behind every home we build. Our 1-Year Limited Builder Warranty is designed to give you confidence in your investment and peace of mind, knowing your home is built to perform as intended.
What’s Covered
For one (1) year from certificate of occupancy date, your home is covered against defects in workmanship and materials, including:
- Exterior components like walls, roof, windows, and doors (to prevent water intrusion)
- Interior features such as drywall, flooring, cabinetry, and finishes (within normal standards)
- Major systems, including:
- Electrical
- Plumbing
- Heating & Air Conditioning
If something isn’t functioning as intended due to construction, we’ll repair or correct it.
What’s Not Covered
Like all home warranties, some items are considered normal homeowner responsibility:
- Normal wear and tear or cosmetic imperfections
- Minor cracking, settling, or material changes due to drying and weather
- Damage caused by lack of maintenance, misuse, or outside forces (weather, pests, etc.)
- Items not reported at your pre-closing walkthrough
- Landscaping, concrete cracking, and cosmetic surface damage
- Appliances and equipment (these are covered by manufacturer warranties)
Home Maintenance Matters
Your home will naturally settle and require routine care. Items like caulking, grout, paint touch-ups, and HVAC filter changes are part of normal homeownership and are not covered.
How to Request Warranty Service
If you experience an issue:
- Submit a written request describing the problem accompanied by any photos
- Our team will review and schedule repairs as needed
Emergency issues (like water leaks or electrical outages) should be reported immediately
Transferable Coverage
This warranty can be transferred to a new owner within the 1-year coverage period.
